My name is Tommy Karlsson, I started at FlexLink in Sweden, in 1990. I work as Head of Product Management and Research. I have a wide experience in different areas within FlexLink such as research and development as well as sales. I have lived in the US for more than five years, where I worked as Vice President, and I have spent two years in Singapore. My global experience has provided me with a broad understanding for different cultures. My biggest motivator is to find new ways to improve our customers’ production flows. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, fishing and Formula 1.
